MOSCOW, April 30 (RIA Novosti) - French Minister of Overseas Manuel Valls said on Wednesday that there is a risk of chaos in New Caledonia, a French territory in the South Pacific, if the supporters and opponents of its autonomy do not reach an agreement on the institutional future of this territory.
