OKAHANDJA, 26 APR (NAMPA) – Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Dino Ballotti on Saturday paid tribute to the bereaved family members of Rosalind Fabian, who was killed and her body dumped at a graveyard of Okahandja.
Ballotti, along with the Mayor of Okahandja, Beatrice Kotungondo, visited the parents and family members of Fabian at their residence in Klein Saamstan at the town.
