WINDHOEK, 07 MAR (NAMPA) – Vice President, Lucia Witbooi, has described gender-based violence (GBV) as one of the most painful and persistent challenges confronting Namibian society, saying the scourge continues to destroy families and weaken the social fabric of communities.
