Mbuende commends Bank of Namibia for strong performance

WINDHOEK, 31 MAR (NAMPA) – The Director-General of the National Planning Commission, Kaire Mbuende, has praised the Bank of Namibia (BoN) for its ‘outstanding’ fiscal management, including a record dividend to the government.
The central bank on Monday announced a historic dividend of N.dollars 720 million to the treasury for the 2024 financial year, an increase from N.dollars 511.5 million in 2023.
