WINDHOEK, 06 JAN (NAMPA) - The fifth session of the Namibia-Nigeria Joint Permanent Commission of Cooperation commenced in Windhoek on Wednesday.
In his remarks, Executive Director in the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, Penda Naanda, emphasised the importance of reviving the two countries’ partnership, which he said is grounded in historical solidarity, particularly during Namibia’s liberation struggle.
