OSHIVELO, 17 JAN (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN)’s returning officer for Oshikoto's Guinas constituency, Sion Shikufinde, reported that some property owners have not allowed ECN officials to enter their properties despite consulting them.
Shikufinde reported in an interview with Nampa on Friday that the ECN’s mobile team that was stationed to take place at Mokuti lodge from 10h00 to 11h00 was locked outside.
