OSHAKATI, 29 NOV (NAMPA) - A five-year-old boy reportedly drowned in a water drum at Okambembe B village in the Ohangwena Region.
Ohangwena Region Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Melanie Mburuu told Nampa the incident occurred Wednesday afternoon.
According to Mburuu, the boy's body was allegedly found in the drum by his parents upon their return home after voting.
