WINDHOEK, 29 JUN (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Urban and Rural Development in collaboration with the City of Windhoek and National Housing Enterprise will deliver 200 affordable houses by November 2020 through its informal settlement upgrading project.
This was announced on Monday by Urban and Rural Development Minister Erastus Uutoni.
