‘We need a representation of Namibian culture’: Langley

WINDHOEK, 12 APR (NAMPA) – Director of the Namibia Championship of Performing Arts, Lomine Langley, said more traditional performers are needed to represent the country in Los Angeles, United States of America, for the World Championships of the Performing Arts.
In an interview with Nampa on Tuesday, Langley said that in her six years of directing the Namibian championships, only two traditional dance groups have participated, expressing hope there will be more traditional performers this year.
