Shifeta launches national park management and tourism development plans

WINDHOEK, 15 OCT (NAMPA) – Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta officially launched the park management and tourism development plans for the north-eastern parks and Tsau //Khaeb National Park (Sperrgebiet) on Wednesday.
Shifeta said the management plans set out the objectives and guidelines for the management and development of the national parks and will strengthen integrated park management, particularly biodiversity conservation.
