Swakopmund pastor denied bail over rape charges

WALVIS BAY, 22 NOV (NAMPA) – A pastor at a church in Swakopmund was on Friday denied bail in the Swakopmund Magistrate's Court where he appeared on charges of rape, kidnapping and common assault.
The 31-year old accused, Paulus Sackeus Panduleni, was reportedly arrested on Thursday after it was discovered that he had kidnapped, locked in his room and had sexual acts with the victim over a period of two weeks and four days.
