WINDHOEK, 09 JUL (NAMPA) – Namibian Rugby Union (NRU) rugby director Jacques Burger said he is happy with the team’s win against Senegal but aims for an improved performance in their semifinal match at the competition.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Welwitschias defeated Senegal 55-17 in their opening game of the 2025 Rugby Africa Cup at the Mandela National Stadium in Kampala, Uganda, to secure a semifinal matchup with Algeria on Sunday.
