OKAHANDJA, 14 OCT (NAMPA) – An 18-year-old boy accused of raping and killing two minors in Okahandja last year, was denied bail after making his first appearance before Magistrate Erasmus Masule in the Okahandja Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
