MOSCOW, October 7 (RIA Novosti) - Commercial oil reserves in the United States by October 2 decreased by 3.2 million barrels, or 0.7%, to 424.1 million, the US Department of Energy's Energy Information Administration (EIA) weekly report showed on Wednesday.
