MOSCOW, October 6 (RIA Novosti) - Tobias Rausch, a member of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, was elected speaker of the regional parliament in the state of Saxony-Anhalt on Tuesday, the MDR broadcaster reported. Raush was elected in a 48-29 vote, with five abstentions, during the parliament's constitutive session.
