The Sao Paulo stock exchange opened sharply higher Monday after a surprise first round election result saw right-wing senator Flavio Bolsonaro edge past incumbent Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. Sao Paulo Ibovespa index was up eight percent after a presidential election Sunday, which heads to a run-off in three weeks. Flavio Bolsonaro secured 47 percent of the vote, finishing first ahead of the leftist Lula, who now faces a tough path to a fourth term......
