MOSCOW, September 29 (RIA Novosti) - Nearly 37,000 IT companies opened in Russia in the first half of 2026, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Tuesday. "All these measures are yielding good results. In the first half of this year, nearly 37,000 new IT companies were established," Mishustin said in a video address at the 2nd Moscow Startup Summit​​​.
