Lock Josh Canham has been ruled out of Australia's one-off Test against world champions South Africa on Sunday after suffering a mild hamstring injury. The in-form Canham pulled up sore following the Wallabies' training session in Perth on Friday and will be replaced by Lukhan Salakaia-Loto in the starting side.
