UNITED NATIONS, September 23 (RIA Novosti) - The United States insists on a limited ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday. Following his meeting with US President Donald Trump on Tuesday, Vladimir Zelensky said that both had discussed an energy ceasefire with Russia.
