Uganda welcomes FIFA U15 World Cup & Festival as early test for young players

KAMPALA, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- A Ugandan football official has said the new FIFA U15 World Cup & Festival will give young players an early opportunity to compete internationally. Uganda will compete in the inaugural FIFA U15 World Cup & Festival, to be held from October 22 to 31 in Baku, Azerbaijan. It has been drawn in Group U alongside Tonga, Kyrgyzstan, Cabo Verde, Ecuador and Equatorial Guinea. The competition will feature an innovative......
