Pakistani president reaffirms commitment to int'l peace, multilateralism

ISLAMABAD, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari said Monday that his country remained firmly committed to international peace and security and supported a strong, effective and inclusive multilateral system. In a message on the International Day of Peace, Zardari said lasting peace could only be achieved through dialogue, diplomacy, justice and full respect for international law and the principles of the UN Charter.
