NAGOYA, Japan, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has backed Japan's approach to staging the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, saying the event could provide a model for reducing costs while maintaining suitable conditions for athletes.
