Security guard shot dead by neighbor in northern Philippines

MANILA, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- A security guard, 35, was allegedly shot dead by his neighbor in Ilocos Sur province in the northern Philippines on Saturday, according to local police. Investigators said the victim went to his male neighbor's house at about 1:37 p.m. The suspect refused to let him in, yet the victim insisted on entering.
