London (dpa) - UK consumer price inflation rose to a five-month high in August, largely due to higher motor fuel prices, the UK's official statistics agency, the Office for National Statistics, said on Wednesday. Inflation advanced to 3.1% from 2.9% in July. The rate was in line with expectations.
