OTJIWARONGO, 14 September 2026 - The site handover of C38 dual carriage portion of road west of Otjiwarongo towards Outjo or Kalkfeld by the Otjiwarongo Municipality to the contractor, the Chinese Henan International Cooporation Organisation (Chico) on Monday afternoon. OTJIWARONGO, 15 SEP (NAMPA) – The Otjiwarongo Municipality on Monday handed over a section of the C38 dual carriageway to Chinese construction company Henan International Cooperation Organisation (CHICO) for rehabilitation.
