Merz Sees No Grounds for Levying Windfall Tax on Oil Companies

MOSCOW, September 15 (RIA Novosti) - There are currently no grounds for imposing taxes on windfall profits of German oil companies, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said on Tuesday. "There are quite a few oil refining plants in Germany. These enterprises are themselves under serious economic pressure​​​.
