Jordan sees 34 pct drop in drug-related crimes in 2025

AMMAN, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- The number of drug-related crimes in Jordan fell by about 34 percent in 2025 year-on-year, according to the annual report of the National Centre for Human Rights in Jordan. Jordan recorded 25,776 cases involving drug possession, use, and trafficking in 2025, down from 38,782 cases in 2024, the report showed.
