Citibank Declines to Comment on Coale’s Claim About US Returning Frozen Funds to Belarus

WASHINGTON, September 15 (RIA Novosti) - Citibank on Tuesday refused to comment to RIA Novosti the statement by US Special Envoy for Belarus John Coale on US's readiness to give back frozen funds to Minsk.
