MOSCOW, September 12 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian forces are storing military cargo at civilian ports along Ukraine's Black Sea coast, Vladimir Saldo, the governor of the Kherson Region, told RIA Novosti. "The Armed Forces of Ukraine are attempting to use port infrastructure to store various types of military cargo and to process military-grade products," Saldo said.
