ANKARA, September 10 (RIA Novosti) - An Ankara court ordered Turkish opposition New Party's leader Ozgur Ozel to pay President Recep Tayyip Erdogan 800,000 liras ($16,500) in damages for making repeated insults, the president's lawyer Huseyin Aydin said on Thursday.
