Ex-Brazil forward Everton joins Santos

RIO DE JANEIRO, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) -- Former Brazil international forward Everton Soares has joined Santos from Brazilian Serie A rival Flamengo, both clubs said on Wednesday. The 30-year-old agreed to a deal that runs until December after parting ways with Flamengo by mutual consent.
