MOSCOW, September 9 (RIA Novosti) - The US Energy Department has raised its forecast for average domestic oil production for 2026 by 30,000 barrels per day, to 13.83 million barrels per day, the department's Energy Information Administration (EIA) monthly short-term forecast showed on Wednesday.
