DOHA, September 9 (RIA Novosti) - A fuel oil tanker flying the Panamanian flag was hit in Iraqi territorial waters, the Iraqi Ministry of Transport said on Wednesday. “A fuel oil tanker flying the Panamanian flag was hit by an unidentified source while in Iraqi territorial waters, resulting in damage to the vessel’s hull," the ministry was quoted as saying by the INA news agency. No crew members were injured in the incident, and there was no leak......
