Magdeburg, Germany (dpa) - Germany's Greens and the Social Democrats (SPD) have rejected an offer for talks by the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) on potentially forming a government in Saxony-Anhalt, after the populist, anti-immigrant party came out on top in the eastern state's regional elections.
