MOSCOW, September 9 (RIA Novosti) - Nearly 200 flights were canceled at Heathrow, the UK's largest airport, on Wednesday due to a technical glitch that began on Tuesday, according to data from the FlightRadar24 tracker analyzed by RIA Novosti.
