ANKARA, September 7 (RIA Novosti) - Turkey has completed construction of 38 kilometers (23 miles) of roads in Antalya as part of preparations for the COP31 climate summit, which will gather over 100,000 participants from more than 190 countries in November, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday.
