Magdeburg, Germany (dpa) - The Alternative for Germany (AfD) was celebrating an overwhelming victory in Saxony-Anhalt on Sunday, even as projections showed the far-right party narrowly missing out on an absolute majority of seats in the eastern state's parliament.
