MOSCOW, September 3 (RIA Novosti) - Lawyers for Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro are asking a US court to dismiss the case against their client due to a lack of jurisdiction, arguing that he enjoys immunity as the head of a sovereign state, a document obtained by RIA Novosti read.
