ASTANA, August 31 (RIA Novosti) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Monday appointed Erlan Karin as vice president of Kazakhstan, the presidential press service said. "By decree of the head of the state, Erlan Tynymbaiuly Karin has been appointed vice president of the Republic of Kazakhstan and relieved of his previous position," the statement read.
