U.S. strikes Iranian launchers on Larak Island in first known attack since late July

WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- U.S. forces on Sunday struck two Iranian launchers on Larak Island, U.S. Central Command spokesperson Tim Hawkins said, marking the first known U.S. strike against Iran since late July.
