Russian Air Defenses Downed 85 Ukrainian Drones Over 12 Hours - Ministry

MOSCOW, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - Russian air defenses shot down 85 Ukrainian drones over seven regions and the Black Sea in the past 12 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday evening. "Between 8:00 a.m​​​. and 8:00 p.m. Moscow time [05:00-17:00 GMT], on-duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 85 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the statement said.
