MOSCOW, August 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Friday called on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan not to shift responsibility to others following his criticism of Russia and the Collective Security Treaty Organization's (CSTO) actions during the Armenian-Azerbaijani escalation in the fall of 2022.
