Canada Only Country to Retaliate Against US Tariffs Besides China - USTR

WASHINGTON, August 27 (RIA Novosti) - Canada is the only country to retaliate against the tariffs imposed by the United States, aside from China, US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer has said.
