IRMCT President Confirms Mladic's Death in Hospital in The Hague

MOSCOW, August 27 (RIA Novosti) - The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) President Judge Graciela Gatti Santana on Thursday confirmed the death of former Bosnian Serb commander General Ratko Mladic in a hospital in The Hague. "The Registrar of the Mechanism (“Registrar”) informed me today that Mladic passed away today while in the custody of the UNDU," Santana said in a statement.
