MOSCOW, August 21 (RIA Novosti) - The exchange price of silver surged 2.7% on Friday, reaching $70 per troy ounce for the first time since June 17, according to trading data. As of 09:12 GMT, the price of September silver futures on the New York Comex exchange rose by 2.67% from the previous close to $69.923 per ounce.
