MOSCOW, August 21 (RIA Novosti) - One man has been killed and other eight people have been injured, including a 10-year-old child, as a result of Ukrainian strikes on the Lugansk (Luhansk) People's Republic (LPR), regional Governor Leonid Pasechnik said on Friday.
