Series of Land Exercises to Take Place in Finland Near Russian Border - Army

MOSCOW, August 14 (RIA Novosti) - Approximately 3,600 soldiers will participate in a series of military exercises in Finland, scheduled to take place near the border with Russia from late August to early September, the Finnish army said on Friday. "The Finnish army will conduct local defense exercises from August 28 to September 4," the army said in a statement. The number of equipment to be involved was not specified​​​.
