MOSCOW, August 14 (RIA Novosti) - France's Constitutional Council said on Friday that it has censored the main article of a bill restricting access to social media for people under 15. "The Constitutional Council is censoring the first article of the bill, which prohibits minors under 15 from accessing online social media services," the institution said in a statement.
