4 dead, 1 missing after heavy rain pounds Japan's Chiba Prefecture

TOKYO, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- Four people have been confirmed dead after heavy rain pounded Japan's Chiba Prefecture on Thursday and continued into early Friday, local authorities said. According to the Chiba prefectural government, the disaster has left four people dead, one person missing, one in cardiac arrest, and four others with minor injuries.
