WASHINGTON, August 13 (RIA Novosti) - The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spent $464 million to buy 10 used aircraft intended for deportation flights but has not used the fleet for that purpose, The New York Times reported on Thursday, citing a letter from Sens.
